LITERATURE REVIEW KECENDERUNGAN BELIA DALAM MENENTUKAN CALON POLITIK DALAM PILIHAN RAYA UMUM

LITERATURE REVIEW OF YOUTH'S TENDENCIES IN DETERMINING POLITICAL CANDIDATES IN GENERAL ELECTIONS

Abstract

Berdasarkan kajian melalui Literatur Review Kecenderungan Belia Dalam Menentukan Calon Politik Dalam Pilihan Raya Umum, menggunakan kaedah menggunakan kaedah tinjauan literatur sistematik [Systematic Literature Review (SLR)] telah dapat menjelaskan tema atau kecenderungan utama belia dalam memilih calon dalam pilihanraya umum yang lalu. Berdasar kepada kehendak kepada kecenderungan utama dalam pemilihan calon yang menjadi tema mereka ialah kepimpinan, integriti dan anti rasuah, keselamatan dan pembangunan. Berdasarkan kepada pemilihan tema yang dikaji dalam 23 artikel yang telah dipilih, menunjukkan tema kepimpinan menjadi pilihan utama mereka dal memilih calon parti politik yang dipilih dalam pilihanraya iaitu sebanyak 34.7 % atau 8 artikel yang memilih kepimpinan menjadi tajuk utama dalam kajian mereka, pilihan ini menjadi perkara yang diberi keutamaan belia dalam menentukan calon pilihanraya mereka yang dipilih. Seterusnya tema berkaitan integriti dan anti rasuah menjadi tajuk kedua penting dalam pemilihan calon pilihanraya iaitu sebanyak 30.4 % atau 7 artikel yang membincangkan tema ini, kerana belia melihat pengalaman sebelumnya, ramai ahli politik yang terlibat dengan masalah integriti dan rasuah, menyebabkan negara kehilangan banyak wang dan kerugian kerana masalah ini. Selebihnya tema keselamatan dan pembangunan mewakili 17.3 % atau 4 artikel masing-masing yang menjadi pilihan calon ditempat mereka mengundi.

Based on a study through a Literature Review of Youth Tendencies in Determining Political Candidates in the General Election, using the method of systematic literature review [Systematic Literature Review (SLR)] has been able to explain the main themes or tendencies of youth in choosing candidates in the last general election. Based on the requirements for the main tendencies in selecting candidates, their themes are leadership, integrity and anti-corruption, security and development. Based on the selection of themes studied in the 23 articles that have been selected, it shows that the theme of leadership is their main choice in choosing political party candidates selected in the election, which is 34.7% or 8 articles that choose leadership as the main topic in their study, this choice is a matter that is given priority by youth in determining their chosen election candidates. Next, themes related to integrity and anti-corruption are the second important topic in selecting election candidates, which is 30.4% or 7 articles that discuss this theme, because youth see previous experience, many politicians are involved in integrity and corruption problems, causing the country to lose a lot of money and losses because of this problem. The remaining themes of security and development represented 17.3% or 4 articles each that were chosen by candidates where they voted.
