MODEL PENERIMAAN DIGITAL DALAM KALANGAN GURU DI MALAYSIA
Abstract
Informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan telah disampaikan dalam pelbagai medium. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, pemindahan informasi telah mengalami perubahan format dan peralatan. Format digital yang digunakan dalam dunia penyiaran telah mempengaruhi dunia pendidikan yang mempunyai kaedah dan teknik yang pelbagai. Bermula dengan buku teks, kertas soalan dan nota yang berbentuk fizikal dalam kertas, beransur-ansur digantikan menjadi versi digital. Perubahan mekanisme dan dasar oleh kerajaan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) menerusi pengintegrasian Pembelajaran frog-VLE dalam pembelajaran harian adalah satu bentuk pembelajaran secara digital. Hal ini dapat dilihat menerusi pengenalan e-pembelajaran berfungsi bagai intranet, bilik darjah online dan ruang sosial untuk sekolah di bawah satu bumbung. Perubahan format ini membuka peluang kepada kemudahan akses informasi, terutamanya apabila guru dapat memuat naik bahan pembelajaran secara atas talian. Penggunaan dan perkongsian maklumat atas talian merupakan salah satu faktor yang mendorong pesatnya pertumbuhan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di sekolah. Walau bagaimanapun perubahan dalam era pendigitalan tersebut kurang memberi kesan terhadap guru-guru di sekolah. Journal website: www.ijepc ijepc ijepc.com.com 66 muncul tidak dapat diterima dengan baik oleh guru-guru selain kurang memberi tumpuan terhadap apa yang boleh dilakukan oleh teknologi untuk memudahkan pengajaran dan pembelajaran.Justeru itu, terdapat keperluan untuk meramal penerimaan guru terhadap arus perkembangan digital dengan menggunakan model bersepadu UTAUT. Penerimaan guru terhadap digital akan menggambarkan penggunaan teknologi digital pada masa hadapan. Kajian ini dijangkakan menyumbang kepada pemahaman terhadap konsep dan kepentingan model UTAUT sebagai Model Penerimaan Digital dalam kalangan guru di Malaysia untuk menggunakan teknologi digital dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran di sekolah pada masa hadapan.Downloads
