Amalan kepimpinan adalah antara komponen utama yang menentukan kecemerlangan sekolah dan pelajar. Kepimpinan distributif adalah tumpuan artikel ini dalam kalangan pihak berkuasa sekolah. Pandangan guru-guru tentang 30 item soalan tentang kepimpinan distributer pada tahap setuju yang mengukuhkan dapatan kajian. Peningkatan tahap bagi setiap matapelajaran dalam PBS sebanyak 5935 murid atau 66.41% membuktikan peningkatan kurikulum terbaik hasil gaya kepimpinan distributer terhadap kejayaan sekolah. Kejayaan sekolah dalam aktiviti kokurikulum adalah pencapaian yang terbaik hasil kejayaan diperingkat daerah, negeri, kebangsaan dan antarabangsa. Maka peningkatan tahap pencapaian Sekolah Kebangsaan Tanjong Malim di daerah Muallim, Perak membuktikan kejayaan Program Transformasi Sekolah 25.
Leadership practices are among the key components determining the excellence of schools and students. Distributed leadership among school authorities is the focus of this article. Teachers' views on 30 questionnaire items regarding distributed leadership were assessed at an agreed level, reinforcing the study's findings. The increase in the level of achievement for each subject in the PBS involves 5,935 students or 66.41%, demonstrating that the best curriculum improvement is a result of distributed leadership styles contributing to school success. The school’s success in co-curricular activities is reflected in its achievements at the district, state, national, and international levels. Thus, the improvement in the achievement level of Sekolah Kebangsaan Tanjong Malim in the Muallim district of Perak demonstrates the success of the School Transformation Program 25.
