Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan meta-analisis terhadap elemen personaliti guru Pendidikan Islam di Malaysia dan menilai implikasi serta kesannya dalam konteks pengajaran dan pengurusan diri. Kajian ini menganalisis empat artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024 yang berkaitan dengan penerapan elemen personaliti guru. Pendekatan kuantitatif merupakan metodologi utama yang digunakan dalam kesemua artikel, dengan reka bentuk tinjauan dan korelasi yang sering diterapkan. Sampel kajian melibatkan guru Pendidikan Islam dari pelbagai institusi serta murid sekolah. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara personaliti guru dengan beberapa faktor pendidikan utama, termasuk keberkesanan pengajaran, motivasi murid, serta perkembangan tingkah laku murid. Kemahiran komunikasi guru turut didapati memainkan peranan penting dalam membentuk personaliti yang lebih efektif dalam pengajaran. Walau bagaimanapun, penglibatan guru dalam aktiviti komuniti masih berada pada tahap sederhana, menunjukkan ruang untuk peningkatan. Penemuan ini menunjukkan bahawa personaliti guru yang baik bukan sahaja penting dalam bilik darjah tetapi juga dalam penglibatan mereka di luar lingkungan pendidikan formal.
This study aims to conduct a meta-analysis of the personality elements of Islamic Education teachers in Malaysia and assess their implications and effects in the context of teaching and self-management. This study analyzed four articles published between 2019 and 2024 related to the application of teacher personality elements. The quantitative approach is the main methodology used in all articles, with survey and correlation designs often applied. The study sample involved Islamic Education teachers from various institutions as well as school students. The study findings showed a significant relationship between teacher personality and several key educational factors, including teaching effectiveness, student motivation, and student behavioral development. Teacher communication skills were also found to play an important role in shaping more effective personalities in teaching. However, teacher involvement in community activities is still at a moderate level, indicating room for improvement. These findings indicate that a good teacher personality is not only important in the classroom but also in their involvement outside the formal education environment.
