Abstract

Pengurusan Rantaian Bekalan Hijau (Green Supply Chain Management - GSCM) telah mendapat perhatian yang semakin meningkat di negara membangun, khususnya dalam kalangan organisasi yang diperakui ISO seperti Malaysia, Thailand dan China. Walau bagaimanapun, inisiatif pengurusan alam sekitar dan kelestarian masih banyak dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan besar, dengan pelaksanaan yang terhad dalam kalangan Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengesahkan kejelasan dan kebolehgunaan ‘Model GSCM untuk PKS Makanan dan Minuman di Malaysia’ menggunakan teknik Delphi. Kajian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua pusingan melibatkan pakar yang berpengalaman dalam bidang GSCM. Analisis Delphi menunjukkan tahap konsensus melebihi 75%, menandakan tahap persetujuan yang tinggi dalam kalangan pakar. Panel pakar mengesahkan bahawa model ini memberikan kefahaman yang jelas terhadap faktor-faktor kritikal yang mempengaruhi praktis GSCM di PKS. Selain itu, model ini juga menyediakan panduan praktikal untuk melaksanakan amalan hijau, sekali gus menawarkan pandangan yang berguna kepada pihak berkepentingan di semua peringkat pengurusan. Ia amat berguna dalam membuat keputusan strategik berkaitan perancangan jangka panjang, termasuk infrastruktur hijau, program dan teknologi. Model ini berpotensi untuk dijadikan kerangka rujukan dalam membantu PKS menyelaraskan matlamat kelestarian dan meningkatkan prestasi alam sekitar.

Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices have gained growing attention in emerging economies, particularly among ISO-certified organizations in countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, and China. However, environmental management and sustainability initiatives remain predominantly adopted by large enterprises, with limited implementation among small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study aims to validate the clarity and practicality of the ‘GSCM Model for Malaysian Food and Beverage SMEs’ using the Delphi technique. Conducted over two rounds with experts experienced in GSCM, the Delphi analysis revealed an average consensus above 75%, indicating strong expert agreement. The expert panel affirmed that the model offers a clear understanding of the critical factors influencing GSCM adoption in SMEs. Additionally, the model provides practical guidance for implementing green practices, offering valuable insights for stakeholders at all managerial levels. It is particularly useful for strategic decision-making related to long-term planning, including green infrastructure, programs, and technologies. This model holds potential as a reference framework to support SMEs in aligning with sustainability goals and enhancing their environmental performance.
