The purpose of this present study is to explore how student views of food quality; eco-friendly packaging; delivery services; and price relate to customer satisfaction with online food delivery services. With the popularity and rapid expansion of university students using online food delivery services, questions about these services, such as quality, pricing, and sustainable practices, have emerged. This current study employed a quantitative approach, using a structured questionnaire developed from past research. Participants in this study included 386 students from UiTM Dungun who had prior experience using online food delivery services. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyse the data, including reliability analysis and descriptive analysis, as well as correlation and multiple regression analyses. Results from this current study showed that all independent variables significantly relate to customer satisfaction; however, price had the strongest relationship with customer satisfaction, followed by food quality; delivery services; and eco-friendly packaging. This current study adds to the literature base by providing empirical evidence of how students perceive online food delivery services; therefore, the study is beneficial to the food service industry, specifically in Malaysia. Additionally, there are practical implications from this current study that can assist online food delivery services in providing better customer satisfaction.
