Abstract

Kajian ini meneliti cabaran dan peluang guru dalam mengadaptasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Abad Ke-21 (PAK21) di sekolah. Kajian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kaedah soal selidik melibatkan guru daripada pelbagai latar belakang pengajaran. Analisis data secara deskriptif dan inferensi menunjukkan bahawa AI berpotensi meningkatkan penglibatan murid, pembezaan pembelajaran dan kecekapan pengajaran. Namun, cabaran utama termasuk kekurangan latihan profesional, perbezaan literasi digital, kekangan infrastruktur serta isu etika penggunaan AI. Dapatan kajian menekankan keperluan sokongan berterusan, latihan sistematik dan dasar pendidikan yang menyokong integrasi AI secara berkesan dalam ekosistem PAK21.

This study examines the challenges and opportunities faced by teachers in adapting artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the implementation of 21st Century Learning (PAK21) in schools. This quantitative study employed a questionnaire-based survey involving teachers from diverse teaching backgrounds. Descriptive and inferential data analyses indicate that AI has the potential to enhance student engagement, differentiated learning, and teaching efficiency. However, major challenges include a lack of professional training, disparities in digital literacy, infrastructure constraints, and ethical issues related to the use of AI. The findings highlight the need for continuous support, systematic training, and supportive educational policies to ensure the effective integration of AI within the 21st Century Learning ecosystem.
