Archiving Policy

We recognize the importance of preserving scholarly work for the benefit of future generations and ensuring ongoing accessibility to research findings. To uphold these principles, we have established the following Archiving Policy:

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to outline guidelines for the archiving of published content to facilitate long-term preservation and access.

Archiving Responsibility: Journal is committed to archiving all published articles through reputable digital repositories or archival platforms. The responsibility for archiving content rests with the editorial board and the publishing team.

Archival Platforms: Articles published in this journal will be archived in established digital repositories such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), Portico, and other recognized archiving platforms. These platforms ensure the perpetual availability of content in compliance with industry standards.

Archiving Formats: Articles will be archived in multiple formats to ensure compatibility with evolving technological standards. Commonly accepted formats include PDF/A, XML, and HTML, among others, to accommodate various user needs and technological advancements.

Access and Preservation: Archived content will be preserved in perpetuity to safeguard against loss or degradation. Access to archived materials will be maintained through open-access policies or subscription-based models, depending on the journal's publication model.

Metadata Preservation: In addition to full-text content, comprehensive metadata associated with each article will be archived to facilitate accurate identification, retrieval, and citation of scholarly works.

Compliance with Standards: Our archiving practices adhere to established industry standards and best practices, including those set forth by organizations such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). 

Review and Update: This Archiving Policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect advancements in archival technologies, changes in scholarly publishing practices, and compliance with emerging standards.

Communication and Transparency:  The Journal will communicate its Archiving Policy openly and transparently to authors, reviewers, readers, and other stakeholders, demonstrating our commitment to the preservation and accessibility of scholarly knowledge.
