The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in dialysis treatment operations is a new revolution in clinical services in Malaysia. The use of such technology can improve the quality of patients when it is handled safely, systematically and in compliance with the standards outlined by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH). However, information security system vulnerabilities can easily increase the risk of data intrusion of dialysis patients. Furthermore, when handled without careful care and supervision by turning the function of physicians in determining clinical results. If you follow God's guidance, you will be saved. Therefore, this study explores the use of AI in dialysis treatment according to the consideration of selected fiqh methods to ensure safety in dialysis treatment operations can be maintained properly and offer effective services to patients. A qualitative methodology is applied to ensure that the objectives of the study can be achieved, involving primary data from interview sessions and references to the studies of scholars as secondary data. The results of the study found that the use of AI in the dialysis treatment operating system has many benefits so that the treatment can be carried out efficiently including patient treatment performance, dose optimization and facility management at the dialysis center according to the fiqh method. This study recommends that the level of control over the use of AI in dialysis treatment be increased to the maximum level and verification by medical experts on each clinical decision should be carried out transparently in order to preserve patient safety and the development of dialysis treatment operations.
