Abstract

Kajian ini menilai persepsi, peningkatan kecekapan dan keyakinan guru terhadap pelaksanaan kajian tindakan menggunakan KIT_AIkt, iaitu kit berasaskan kecerdasan buatan bagi memudahkan proses pelaksanaan dan penulisan laporan. Kit ini merangkumi QR code lagu, permainan Blooket, video tutorial, panduan etika penggunaan AI serta siri prompt kajian tindakan sebagai rujukan guru. Fokus kajian ialah guru di Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Bau yang dikenal pasti kurang berminat dan kurang cekap dalam penyelidikan tindakan. Enam guru pelbagai subjek termasuk Sains, Matematik, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris dan Prasekolah dipilih sebagai responden. Kaedah kajian menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui temu bual separa berstruktur, soal selidik Likert serta analisis dokumen. Dapatan menunjukkan peningkatan minat, keyakinan dan kecekapan guru selepas menggunakan KIT_AIkt. Antara kelebihan utama ialah penjimatan masa, panduan jelas serta penghasilan laporan lebih sistematik. Walaupun terdapat cabaran awal terutama dalam kalangan guru kurang berpengalaman, bimbingan berperingkat dalam kit membantu mengatasi halangan. Kejayaan terbesar ialah semua enam guru berjaya dihantar menyertai Pertandingan Kajian Konvensyen Dasar Pendidikan Digital Zon Sarawak 2025 bersama 126 peserta lain. Dua guru, iaitu seorang guru prasekolah dan seorang guru Bahasa Inggeris, layak ke peringkat akhir yang akan berlangsung pada 29 Julai 2025 di UNIMAS. Kajian ini membuktikan KIT_AIkt berkesan mengukuhkan budaya reflektif, profesionalisme guru dan mencadangkan peluasan penggunaannya dengan penambahbaikan berterusan.

This study evaluates teachers’ perceptions, improvements in efficiency, and confidence in conducting action research using KIT_AIkt, an artificial intelligence-based toolkit designed to facilitate the implementation and reporting process. The kit includes song QR codes, Blooket games, video tutorial, AI ethics guidelines, and a series of action research prompts as teacher references. The focus of the study was teachers in the Bau District Education Office, who were identified as having low interest and limited skills in conducting action research. Six teachers from various subjects, including Science, Mathematics, Malay, English, and Preschool, were selected as respondents. The study employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches through semi-structured interviews, Likert-scale questionnaires, and document analysis. Findings revealed significant improvements in teachers’ interest, confidence, and competence after using KIT_AIkt. Key advantages included time savings, clear guidance, and more systematic report production. Although initial challenges arose, especially among less experienced teachers, the step-by-step support within the kit helped overcome these barriers. The most notable achievement was that all six teachers successfully participated in the 2025 Sarawak Zone Digital Education Policy Action Research Convention, involving 126 participants. Two teachers, one from Preschool and one from English, qualified for the final round, to be held on 29 July 2025 at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). This study demonstrates that KIT_AIkt effectively strengthens reflective practices, enhances teacher professionalism, and recommends its wider adoption with continuous improvements based on user feedback.
