ASKME247: AN AI DRIVEN PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATION FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN MALAYSIA

The concept paper introduces the notion of using AskMe247, an artificial intelligence-powered tool created to help IMC413 students acquire mastery in information searching and storing and the important. AskMe247 is designed to be a versatile, around-the-clock learning partner that brings together independent learning and classroom teaching. It is an application that helps simplify technical topics through self-directed learning via providing personalized feedback, guidance and explanations. This paper highlights the use of AskMe247 as an AI-enabled innovation in Malaysian higher education based on literature from abroad, policy framework in the country, and pedagogical philosophy.
